Open the correct vault
Shared sign-in and the local vault are separate. Each browser profile and device stores its own copy. Signing in does not recover a lost vault passphrase.
Record an event
Select a fictional cadet code, behavior, and severity. Move through the six-step record workflow, documenting what actually happened.
Distinguish facts from suggestions
A suggested intervention is not evidence that it was used. Record the response actually attempted and its observed effect.
Save and verify
Choose Save event at the end. Check for confirmation that the record was encrypted and saved on this device.
Back up
Use the encrypted backup and verification controls. Clearing browser data or changing devices can erase local records. No automatic cross-device sync is provided.
